The San Diego Real Estate Inspection Co. has performed inspections on the following houses for your convenience. Please note that we were not paid by any real estate agents, and our inspections are un-biased.
We have arranged to perform these inspections to allow buyers to evaluate a house prior to submitting a bid. These inspections are arranged for your convenience, and to save you time and money when evaluating a house. We believe that the more you know about a house, the more accurate your bid will be.
We perform our inspections according the CalNACHI standards of practice, and we use the latest testing equipment and reporting software available. After reviewing the inspection report, you will better understand the condition of the house, and what repairs if any might be required for the comfort and safety of your family. Even if you are buying the house “as-is”, you should know what that means. By performing these inspections ahead of time and allowing potential buyers to download them, we can offer the reports at a huge savings to you. Typically, a home inspection would cost you an average of $395 (more or less depending on square footage and amenities). Through this special arrangement, we can offer the inspections to you for only $99.
If you win the bid and would like us to visit the property during your contingency period, we will do that for a reduced rate. Please contact us upon receiving confirmation that you are the winning bidder so we can arrange a follow-up inspection.
